Theology/Religion:
This week we have studied Unit I in "The Story of the Church" covering the history of the Church up until the death of the apostles.
You should review pages 1-42 for a quiz on Friday. The quiz will consist of two parts, short answers and a paragraph.
In the short answers you will answer 5 out of 7 questions, with a complete sentence.
In the paragraph, you will pick one out of three possible topics, and write a paragraph about it. A proper paragraph includes a topic sentence, evidence and critical thinking in the middle sentences, and a concluding sentence.

Mathematics:
This week we have reviewed Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division.
Problem Set 3 is due Friday.
Perfect quizzes are accepted in lieu of one day of math homework.

Mythology:
This week we have studied the beginning of Classical Greek Mythology, including the overthrow of the Titans and the establishment of the Pantheon of Greek gods.
The worksheet sent home, pages 9 and 11, is due Friday, with the top half complete, answered in full sentences, on both sides.

Grammar:
This week we have reviewed nouns. There is no homework due Friday.

Science:
This week we have explored in discussion what science is, as well as the definition of experiments, hypothesis, observation, and variables.
You will be responsible for creating, performing, observing, and reporting your own scientific experiment next week. You are to work in groups of two or three, and your idea for an experiment, expressed in a few sentences, is due on a lined sheet of paper, with the names of those doing the experiment, on Friday.
